Home Harvest is built on a simple belief: access to fresh, nutrient-dense food should not be limited by supply chains, seasonality, waste or income.
We believe nutrition is strongest at the point of harvest, and that shortening the time between growing and eating is key to improving both health and food system outcomes.
Our ambition is to change the way the world eats, by reconnecting people with fresh food at its source, making growing, harvesting and eating part of everyday life in the home.
Home Harvest transforms the home into a high-performance ecosystem for health, closing the 'freshness gap' by replacing depleted supermarket produce and satisfying the growing global consumer demand for functional, clean, affordable nutrition.
Founded by agricultural entrepreneur Andrew Johnson ("The Salad King") and digital entrepreneur Hedley Aylott, Home Harvest was inspired by Andrew's success with Living Salads, a living plant product that became a top-seller across UK and European retailers. Growing demand for sustainable food and healthier diets sparked a bold question: What if anyone could grow their own food at home, all year-round? Now they can.

We are an experienced team of truly passionate people with respected careers in agritech, technology, nutrition, wellness, food, design, marketing, web3 and retailing. Above all, we have a shared purpose - better health, better planet.
Our incredible product design team cut their teeth at Dyson, creating products that changed the world of cleaning and have now set their sights on the home-growing market.
